I'll preface this letter by noting that my requests for some fandoms are longer than others. Please don't take this as a sign that I'm not just as interested in them: I would rather give you some direction than none. (Also some are recycled.) IRL is insisting on being difficult vs Yuletide's schedule.

Open to treats!

Blanket DNWs: scat, watersports, vomit, noncon.

Fandom: 사바하 | Svaha: The Sixth Finger (2019)
Requesting: Lee Geum Hwa, It | Unnamed sister

-would love exploration of the sisterly dynamic, especially on Geumhwa’s side
especially when young: the gap between a glimpse of normality and the forceful reminder of abnormality (eg having to feed her)
-emphasis on the inhumanity of ‘It’, both feral and divine- especially was she completely feral until the end of the film, or had she always been both and the wildness was the part that was consciously acting?
-Plus the innate hate-love- cf Geumhwa poisoning her sister’s food before she runs away, then returning to kick it over and give her new clothes
-what if: It survived, how Geumhwa and grandparents adjust (or not) to her? Or Geumhwa and It running away together?

Fandom: 缉魂 | The Soul (2021)
Requesting: Any

-any combo welcome, or fic about one character only
-battle of wits between SC and WC
-SC and YF relationship exploration- the change in SC post-swap through YF’s eyes
-WC and AB dealing with his slow death by cancer (and potential resurrection)
-SC vs AB in offscreen scene about WC’s treatment
-WC and YF after overcoming SC and what they’re about to do
-YF and AB about losing their loved ones

Fandom: LOVE DEATH + ROBOTS: Jibaro (Cartoon)
Requesting: Jibaro, Golden Woman
(Note for this pair: the violation of stripping her of all her finery is *like* but not *actually* rape.)

-so so deep into the toxicity of this pair!!
-how long, how much has she waited and wanted someone like him
-how strange, how sad that even his greed cannot overcome her
-and yet how impossible it is that they should be happy together
-retelling in AU snips?
-what if: one of them got what they wanted? unhappy endings all around

Fandom: Elemental Blessings Series - Sharon Shinn
Requesting: Corene, Garameno

I'm very interested in their unexpected similarities. Both have or had uncertain futures as successors, and they're both more engrossed in the complexities of governance than their relations. I really think that they could have built a good friendship given more time and less political turmoil. (Kinda hard to feel kindly towards someone who's keeping you captive.) Maybe an expansion of their conversation at the great market, or she teaches him how to drive that elaymotive?

Shippy: Maybe Corene remains in Malinqua and marries Garameno, or returns to visit Malinqua on her way back to Welce, or she could be long distance betrothed to him when young instead of marrying the viceroy of Soeche-Tas. For Foley, it's fine to ignore the final scene at the tower where she leaps into his arms when he confesses.

Them bonding over methods of governance and becoming an unexpected power couple would be really cool. Also AGE DIFFERENCE. Hoo baby please feel free to play with age difference however you like. If you choose to have them engaged/married before he's revealed to be faking his disability, I'd also love to see whether he decides to take her into his confidence, or pretend to be weak even in their most intimate moments. (If you want to write smut for this ship, then I'd adore a wedding night scene where he struggles with his secret but she takes action in order to bite down her nerves and initiates it.)

Fandom: A Little Princess - Frances Hodgson Burnett
Requesting: Becky, Sara
Note: Although I'm requesting these two, I'm fine with fic about one only.

What if that day soon after the Indian gentleman had come, it was Becky who had looked out at the sunset? If Ram Dass had taken an interest in Becky instead, and spoken to Mr Carrisford about the young servant girl who had squealed in fright when the monkey clambered across to her window but been kind nevertheless in her clumsy English way. If the Magic had come to Becky instead, and how she and Sara would have dealt with it.

Alternately, how about the adult Sara Crewe, wealthy heiress and philanthropist? Who loved knowledge and loved sharing, who had known dark times and was determined to shine some light and ease the burden of those still trapped in darkness? Where would she travel, who would she meet? If you're of a historical bent, this is your opportunity to feature or cameo your contemporary faves, whether they're friends with Sara or not.

Let's take another tack: Sara is adopted by Tom Carrisford just before they move to London, and becomes a day pupil at Miss Minchin's. How does she adjust to it all: dead father, ill guardian, leaving the land she's grown up in for unfamiliar shores. A rich child who doesn't know who to turn to, but takes a shine to the servant girl who's full of questions about the strange things Mr Carrisford brings with him, the dark servant with his funny monkey, the land they all sailed from as far away as the moon.

Fandom: Murdle (Video Game)
Requesting: Deductive Logico, Inspector Irratino

-Shippy logic puzzles
-Exploration of Logico and Irratino’s relationship- how they met etc
-how Irratino is consistently called as witness for defense?
-calling Irratino out on regularly faking his death
-weekend dates
-news articles about their solving cases
-Logico turning the tables by faking his death

AO3 is Visardist.

General likes:
-AUs that directly engage with a dynamic of the character interaction or ship. eg For Strictly Business, why would they keep their fake marriage a secret in the modern day when it's permissible to tour as co-ed roommates, or how might their common business-mindedness apply itself in their partnership to other occupations?
-In-universe documentation, either about the characters as notable figures, or by the characters, about themselves or their circle or the events of canon. Anything that chimes with the characters or the world they live in.
-Unusual formats. I like interactive fiction, mixed media, anything you think suits the canon you want to write. My only caveat is that if you choose to incorporate an audio format, please include a transcript just in case.
-Slice-of-life, especially behind the scenes in their occupations and/or relationships.

General DNWs:
-Piss/scat/vomit in any form.
-Non/dubcon.

Elemental Blessings Series
Requested characters:
Corene, Garameno
Preference: Corene/Garameno

I'm very interested in their unexpected similarities. Both have or had uncertain futures as successors, and they're both more engrossed in the complexities of governance than their relations. I really think that they could have built a good friendship given more time and less political turmoil. (Kinda hard to feel kindly towards someone who's keeping you captive.) Shippy: Maybe Corene remains in Malinqua and marries Garameno, or returns to visit Malinqua on her way back to Welce, or she could be long distance betrothed to him when young instead of marrying the viceroy of Soeche-Tas. Puppet History
Requested characters:
The Professor, The Genie

I adore the lore behind the Professor and how he got to where he is. It seems from the Donner Party video that he was always a blue furry puppet, but what about the rest? Raises spiders, chases bumblebees, what's his home life like?

What is backstage like at the theater? Are other puppets unfortunate former winners, like Garrick? Do the singing puppets audition? What actually differentiates the paper-onna-stick puppets from the more customized puppets? How much does the Genie have to do with it- is he perhaps a silent partner, even?

Because this is so ripe for historical RPF crossovers, I invite any and all of them (please provide a summary or wikipedia link of the basics). The Professor makes many references to having met people that he discusses, so show us what that's like. Is he just adventuring? Has he taught classes to other folks in history? Is the prize still the cup and jellybeans, or something appropriate to the era?

Red Sky in the Morning - Elizabeth Laird
Requested characters:
Anna Peacock, Tony Maynard
Preference: Anna/Tony

I loved their shift in the book from her crush to seeing him for who he is and taking the mickey out of him when she can. The timing approximately works out with him dealing with his parents' divorce and his mother turning all her attention on Jackie around the time they first meet. It's almost a reversal, with Anna seeing the shine wear off Tony and Tony finding Anna genuinely an interesting person to be around. The way things fall out, they seem to have a more honest friendship than Tony is used to. (Tony appears not to have close friends?)

Shippy: It could be a slow burn attraction, with them spending time around Jackie as an intermediary and Anna starting college herself, or Anna and Tony spending so much time together that their families all assume there's something going on anyway. Or they have a long friendship while dating other people, and then eventually end up dating each other.

Strictly Business - O. Henry
Requested Characters:
Bob Hart, Winona Cherry
Preference: Bob Hart/Winona Cherry

If during the story when they are married: hit me with that delicious delicious fake relationship angst. Is Cherry pining secretly or is she being very practical about the whole deal despite her feelings? Tell me about them being necessarily close on the road because sharing one bed is cheaper. Does Bob gallantly sleep on the floor, making Cherry fall even more in love with him? Do they chat about financial whosiwhatsits, making him admire her smarts and thoughtfulness? The play calls for them to kiss passionately at the end, what are their changing views on that from first rehearsals to initial performance to touring to returning to NYC? Is Bob in denial or just oblivious? Come to that, their tourmate had no idea they were married; did they completely hide that angle or did they manage other ways of saving money as well that seemed equally likely outwardly as two unmarried people or a married couple?

If during and after the end of the story: hurt/comfort all the way. How do they get through that? They act for a living, so do they default to their usual dynamic? Is there an honest heart to heart? Does one of them opt for the former and the other for the latter and they'll have to navigate that initial hump of denial and insistence on discussion? Since they're already married, did they move in together when they returned from tour to save money? Is there fluff in the form of tending to Bob's wound, or might they find it difficult to admit things as themselves and choose to talk as their characters from the play to indirectly bare their feelings? Any exploration of hows and whys would be loved.

Vantablack & Related Art Feuds RPF
Requested character:
Diemut Strebe
Note: include the others in whatever capacity you like, but I'd like Strebe to feature.

Strebe's the odd one out in this group, neither wanky nor working in traditional(-ish) mediums. Give me something that plays with that: one of the others trying to get her to join forces with him, a collaboration that signals her side (or no side), a declaration of war. Kapoor retaliates, he doesn't initiate. Semple flies the flag of the common artist and his feuding is practically performance art. Parker is tangential and maybe reaches out to Strebe hoping for help against Semple? Take me behind the scenes.

AU-wise, it'd be fun to turn the feuds into something comically small. Pies at the yearly fair? Breeders of some sort? Academic arguing about niche subjects? My in-universe documentation like would be extra fun with this.

Shippy: if that's the way your mind turns, go for it. Whatever combination is great. Enemies to lovers Kapoor/Semple? On and off again Vantablack thruple (with Strebe distancing herself rather than play peacekeeper)? Semple picking fights as a precursor to sex inna closet, with Parker not aware of his pattern? Strebe indulgently letting them all bicker and then domming the shit out of all three men? Parker wooing Strebe as a way to get at Semple but whoops suddenly it's not so fake? Some unconscious/deliberate bowerbirding? Go wild.

Whatever freeform tag we match on, feel free to use that as your only prompt. While I may highlight some freeforms or grouped freeforms with some fandoms, that's only because there's aspects of the freeform I vibe towards more, while for other freeforms, they're basically self-explanatory so I'll eat up any variation.

General Likes:
-AUs that directly engage with a dynamic of the character interaction or ship, whether it's mundane, fantasy/sci-fi, fusion with another existing canon (requested canons preferred), or other. Social strictures around their engagement/marriage are a plus.
-Unusual formats. If that's what interests you, get creative with your work.
-Genderplay, whether that's gender nonconforming presentation or genderfluid-type identities.
-Pining, especially in situations like arranged or fake marriages where they're constantly in close proximity.
-Outsider POV, especially people who don't know them well (acquaintances or strangers).

Art Likes:
-Obviously we're all here for the wedding photos, so for those ships who'd do big, splashy weddings, go nuts!
-Small moments- when an arranged couple speaks in private for the first time, or when they kiss as a married couple, or proposing.
-Smut-wise, I'm looking for either tender, affectionate wedding night sex or rough, upsetting dub/noncon, no in-between. Focusing on hands or microexpressions are a plus.

Mulan
Fa Mulan/Li Shang

specific DNW: non/dubcon

Future Arranged Spouses are Forbidden To Meet But Able To Study One Another's Hobbies

The question is, is it their real hobbies or is it the hobbies that are societally approved? Because for the latter, Mulan's 'proper' hobbies would be an awkward way to get to know your wife without actually knowing your wife.

Person Mistaken For Mail-Order Spouse and Goes With It

There are a lot of ways this could go, but if you're historically inclined, Mulan could be an accidental picture bride in the early 20th century. Or alternately, her prospective husband sent her Shang's picture instead, so he's the mistake!

Arranged Marriage - partners randomly chosen through government lottery
Character thinks proposal was rejected but other person misunderstood
Characters Keep "Forgetting" to Annul Accidental Marriage
Marriage Arranged Because of Matching Soulmarks
Proposal misunderstood as being for ulterior motives

Zootopia
Judy Hopps/Nick Wilde

specific DNW: noncon. Dubcon is okay.

Character Surprises Future Spouse with Their Family at the Wedding

This one is 100% here for comedy. The Hopps family is so big. So, so big. But Nick has his own shadowy intrigue- petty criminals? Normal people who failed their son? Relatives who disdained their criminal relation until he joined the police?

Friends consummate mating cycle triggered by accident; they disagree on whether they're now married

Yeeep, it's the one where you play up their animal characteristics to the max. Differences between species, between predator and prey, just a whole lot of confusion and frustration between them before figuring out their situation.

Arranged Marriage - partners randomly chosen through government lottery
Character Acts Like Engagement Was Accidental But Knew Exactly What They Were Doing
Character Volunteers to Marry Condemned Criminal to Save Them from Punishment
Helping New Spouse Settle Into Their New Clan/Village/City/Country
Secretly legally married for convenience

Ouran High School Host Club
Fujioka Haruhi/Suoh Tamaki

Specific DNW: non/dubcon

Arranged Marriage - partners randomly chosen through government lottery

Tamaki strikes me as the kind of person who'd go all in on his arranged marriage even before meeting Haruhi. So it'd be really fun to have Haruhi pushing back (affectionately) against his enthusiastic steamrolling of how he'd like their marriage to be.

All Agree To Marriage For Both Urgent Practical Reasons And Love - One Doesn’t Realize/Believe This
Future Arranged Spouses are Forbidden To Meet But Able To Study One Another's Hobbies
Joke proposal is treated seriously
Serious proposal is assumed to be a joke

Sleepy Hollow
Ichabod Crane/Abbie Mills

Specific DNW: Noncon. Dubcon is okay.
Okay, upfront, I did not finish watching this show, for what are probably obvious reasons. So you can go with canon events and write this post-canon, or you can diverge at any point or even before the start of the show, or go full AU. For Katerina, it's fine to leave her dead, or amicably divorced for an AU, or just not mention her.

Discussing New Married Name
Helping New Spouse Settle Into Their New Clan/Village/City/Country

I love Crane interacting with the modern world. I love it so much. Give me the goofiest contrasts between his first wedding and his new one, or the perceptions on how superstition and tradition has evolved. Give me all of the weird and wonderful things Abbie brings up jokingly just to see him react. Give me him catching her offguard by having asked around and figured some things out in advance.

Accidentally marrying the dead
Everyone Thought They Were Already Married
Friends consummate mating cycle triggered by accident; they disagree on whether they're now married
Joke proposal is treated seriously
Marriage Arranged Because of Matching Soulmarks
Prophetic Dreams or Visions of Marrying Their Soulmate
Secretly legally married for convenience

Créme de la Créme
Delacroix/Main Character/Max

Specific DNW: non/dubcon
Look, I just want Delacroix to be happy, okay. Other than that, please feel free to do as you please. Genderwise I don't care what combination you write, but it'd be nice if Max and Delacroix aren't the same gender. For the main character, you can write them how you want, but preferably their parents backed a corrupt candidate.

About to Marry Someone Else But Dead Previous Spouse is Actually Alive
Accidentally marrying the dead

Naturally, this is Delacroix's show, but whether Max or the main character is dead is up to you. Maybe it's assumed that Max died/disappeared in Lady Renaldt's mines, or the main character was a past student instead of a new one.

A/B/O - Marriage Triad Two Alphas and One Omega
Can't Marry Until They Find Their Third A/B/O
Married couple both pine for same third person
Polyamerous Group Creates their Own Non-Traditional Wedding Ceremony
Secret marriage becoming public knowledge turns out to be for the best

Elementary
Sherlock Holmes/Joan Watson

Specific DNW: noncon. Dubcon is okay.
Joan and Sherlock self-evidently have a very strange, very close relationship, whether it's platonic or romantic. So you can take this all kinds of ways, whether it's friends to lovers, friends who are platonically married, etc. Proposal-wise, maybe, just maybe, when Sherlock got on one knee to get his mother's ring, he proposes instead?

Character Surprises Future Spouse with Their Family at the Wedding

If Joan has never met Mycroft or Morland and Sherlock held back from introducing her, this would be prime awkward comedy/feels.

Everyone Thought They Were Already Married
Marriage Mistaken For Sexual Slavery By Outsider
Secretly legally married for convenience

Some ways Joan might have been introduced while still being Sherlock's sober companion...

fake wedding to bait criminals and/or enemies

Come on, imagine Moriarty's face when she finds this out, whether or not she's in jail.

Mistaken Belief That Arranged Marriage Will Be To Sibling of Intended

Mycroft? Oren? Lin? For this one I'd prefer that there's no attraction to any of the siblings during the mistake being made.

Arranged Marriage - partners randomly chosen through government lottery
Arranged Marriage Contract Bought Out By Someone Else
Character Entering Into M/F Marriage Invents Mpreg In Hopes Of Pleasing Their Spouse With An Heir

Sybil Ramkin/Havelock Vetinari/Samuel Vimes (Discworld)
Sybil Ramkin/Samuel Vimes (Discworld)

Specific DNW: non/dubcon

Bard Immortalizes Wedding in Ballad To Couple's Delight or Embarrassment

Mal and Polly would probably enjoy it… for the first couple verses, and then Polly might get as sick of it as 'Sweet Polly Oliver'. Meanwhile, Vimes just cringes.

Character Surprises Future Spouse with Their Family at the Wedding

Vampire family? Distant Ramkins? Lady Roberta? Vimes cousins? This could go so funny or so weird, just go for all the unfortunate or delightful impressions everyone is suffering.

Long-Time Betrothed Couple Adds Third To Marriage For Political Reasons And Falls In Love

Vimes/Vetinari? Sybil/Vimes? Sybil/Vetinari? I would just be intrigued what the heck kind of political reason Ankh-Morpork could cook up. Imagine the speculation on the street!

Black Panther

Erik Killmonger/T'Challa (Black Panther)
James "Bucky" Barnes/Shuri (Black Panther)

For Killmonger ships, I'm fine with both Killmonger Lives and King N'Jadaka AUs.
For any freeforms involving crime/enemies/assassination, if it's Bucky/Shuri, I'm totally down for Winter Soldier/Shuri.

Rich Charming Generous Regency Lady/Reserved Regency Lady in Dire Financial Straits (OW)
Rich Reserved Regency Gentleman/Charming Regency Gentleman in Dire Financial Straits (OW)
Uncharacteristically Flustered Female Rake/Her Oblivious Innocent New Wife (Original Work)

For these, it's all about personality differences and contemporary social class. I'm okay with both no-homophobia and IRL-homophobia universes (so the f/f and m/m ships might not be married in a legal sense).

Human Man/Alien From Monosex Species Who Can Reproduce With Any Species (Original Work)
Lonely Young Woman/Eldritch Horror That Lives In Her Basement (Original Work)

Xeno af! Would love some uncommon kinks to go with this, like vore or somnophilia.

Accepting Their Proposal to Spite Them
Accidentally Married Someone You Hate

Enemies to lovers is one of my favourite things, especially when they can't annul or divorce ASAP. Passive aggressive sniping, banding together against a third party, finding more ways to hate each other, discovering ways in which their new spouse is actually likeable...

This is a chance to go all in on dub/noncon. Age difference, power differential, go for it. An older female guardian would be amazing too.

Badass Female Warlord/Her Gentle Male Consort & His Brother Forced To Marry Her Worst Enemy (OW)

I like to imagine that he volunteered to be her consort because everyone else was scared, but then the two of them fell madly in love. So of course rescuing his brother is what he wants, right? And hey, she's already attacking her enemy, so win-win!

Some wrenches to throw into the plan, any or all or none:
-she didn't tell him and it turns out he hates this brother
-he didn't know she was going to be rescuing his brother and he snuck into her army in order to rescue him
-they're forced to broker a peace because the consort's parents are going to be really, murderously upset if she fucks this up for them
-the enemy was also forced to marry and would totally 'lose' to lose the brother except they have no idea that the brother is important to her
-the brother is really happy to be rescued but turns out to be an awful houseguest

Beleaguered Playwright/Actress Cursed To Ruin Any Show She's In (Original Work)

The playwright can be any gender of your choosing. Either comical or semiserious- is the actress's curse actively malicious? Absurd? Things that happen onstage or off? Does the playwright get any satisfaction from the actress's excellent portrayal of their work or are they distracted by the play's inevitable bombing? Is there some romantic or smutty method of removing the curse?

Confused Uptight New Ruler/Previous Ruler's Harem Eager To Serve (original work)

I'm okay with dubcon for this ship. The ruler can be of any gender, but I would prefer the harem to be composed of multiple genders.
Pretty much any setting is fine with me- medieval, futuristic, modern day, etc. Some ideas:
-Princess Diaries style succession where the new ruler has only just learned that they're royalty, and the harem may or may not be a weeny bit incestuous. Comments on how they resemble their deceased parent is a plus (bonus points if the parent is of a different gender to the new ruler).
-freshly conquered new kingdom where the populace are willing to accept the new ruler *as long as they keep the harem*. And yes, the harem will make it known if they feel that the new ruler isn't being sufficiently desirous of their services.
-literally just choose a new ruler by ritual lottery and saddle them with the harem as part of their new job, and btw ritual sex is also part of the new job!

Female Punk Musician/Uncomfortably Enthusiastic Female Groupie

I'm okay with dub/noncon for this ship.
If you're writing the groupie as a long time fan, following the musician on tour is a good way to get things started. Maybe the others in the band or the roadies recognise her and joke about it to the musician. Maybe the groupie is very vocal in the audience. Maybe she has no underwear left from throwing them all onstage at every show. (Maybe she is *very upset* to learn that the musician didn't keep them.)
If as a new fan, it would be fantastic for the musician to see a punk newbie with barely any spikes, maybe a few pins, and decide, hey I'm gonna eat this kid up. The groupie may be new to punk, but she ain't new to hooking up. And maybe she's new to clit piercings, but she learns fast.

Female Suitor Sent As An Insult To Ruling Monarchs/Princess Uninterested In Male Suitors

I'm okay with dubcon for this ship.
This is so deliciously charming. A loophole! The suitor is probably not expecting to be chosen! Plans are all upset! Heck, the people who sent the suitor probably decided that they were going to really go for the gold in insulting their monarchs, so they picked a woman who isn't in any way courtly or proper and only skilled at things useless at court. The princess is having the time of her LIFE and also her new wife is very muscly and that's a big bonus.

Queen who is the Last of Her Line/Male Consorts Vying to Father Heir (Original Work)

This is going for so much in one ship lmao. Hella smut, hella creampies, much much sex. Rituals? General 'hey you have a dick come fuck me'? An organised schedule of who fucks her when? A contest for most worthy consort? Pregnant sex? All sorts of bizarre superstitions the consorts come up with to ensure that their ejaculation is the winner? Just smut it up in here.

Robot Squicked By Organics Being All Ickily Organic & Pregnant Person Who Loves To Overshare

Honestly this just makes me laugh. Poor robot! Is the robot assigned to take care of the pregnant person specifically? Are they just working together for some purpose? How did the robot gain this disgust for the squishy bits of biolife? Does the pregnant person have ultrasounds and lists of baby names plastered all around their environment? How close is too close before the robot feels they have to replace a limb?

Slutty Girl Who Owes the Mob Money/Shy Virgin Male Accountant Working for the Mob (OW)

I'm okay with dub/noncon for this ship.
The mobsters probably want to kill two birds with one stone. Maybe they propose this to the slutty girl because they want to help their buddy lose his virginity. Maybe they propose this to the accountant because they want him to toughen up. Go wild with your imagination. Play it funny, play it upsetting, play it romantic, play it distressing, I'd be happy with anything.

Victorian Young Lady Who Can Handle A Dagger/ Male Cat Burglar Who Climbed In Her Window (OW)

This could go so many ways, but mainly I'm hoping for a luckless cat burglar who discovers a talent for eating young ladies out, and a very unconventional young lady who discovers a fondness for knifeplay and making guys come untouched. And maybe he's 'dumb' enough to come back again? Look, those jewels are really tempting, and also dagger-handling is really hot, and wow she smells really good. So what if he almost got arrested that one time. She's gonna make him teach her how to climb houses and pick locks.

Yandere Serial Killer/Egocentric Would-Be Victim Who Feels Perfectly Entitled To All The Attention

I'm okay with dub/noncon for this ship, although to be frank this is so messed up from the get-go it probably doesn't matter. Any gender configuration is fine, but if hard noncon is included I'd prefer the woman be the aggressor for m/f.
For me, the crux of this ship is that the would-be victim is protected from actually being killed precisely because of their ego. However the serial killer focuses on them- stalking from afar, cyberstalking, opportunistic attempted murder that turns into something more, interaction where the victim doesn't know they're a serial killer (eg neighbor, acquaintance, coworker) - I'm very much open to all kinds of gore both sexual and non-sexual, psychological games on both ends, etc. Happy, ambiguous or unhappy endings are all acceptable.

-Overly dark storylines for these fandoms. For anything tragic or upsetting I'd prefer up to a level presented in canon (eg Parker Pyne investigating murders, Sara Crewe grieving her father, Pastor Drom's brush with death).
-Piss/scat/vomit in any form.

Fandom-specific DNW under respective fandom.

Strictly Business - O. Henry

Requested Characters: Bob Hart, Winona Cherry

Transients In Arcadia - O. Henry

Requested Characters: Mamie Siviter, Jimmy McManus

Preference: Mamie Siviter/Jimmy McManus

What-ifs would be interesting. I feel like the climax took such courage on Mamie's part: tell me what happens if she doesn't admit it? Or if she doesn't but Jimmy does? Or other permutations? This would be great as a 5+1 with the 1 being their date as themselves instead of their wealthsonas, or as some kind of interactive fiction.

Alternately, how about an outside POV on their courtship? The hotel staff and guests adore Mme Beaumont and seem neutral on Harold Farrington; how do they view the chance connection and subsequent time together during their stay? Do Mamie's co-workers rib her about her new beau, or do Jimmy's gossip about how he caught the eye of the beautiful girl who ordered that dress?

Expanding on my in-universe documentation like, I have this idle curiosity about some diarist who happened to be at the hotel during the same time as Mamie and Jimmy and writing about this great lady who's clearly some sort of secret politician or something and how they're sure she's going to elope with this young man who's so clearly beneath her in social class despite being a gentleman. It gets written off as an idea the diarist expanded into a novel, but then someone discovers the hotel register corroborating their existence, and now historians and literature critics regularly speculate about the real life people behind the novel and where they disappeared to.

The Last Leaf - O. Henry

Requested Characters: Any

Preference: Johnsy/Sue. If shipping Behrman, Behrman/OC

We all agree that Johnsy and Sue are in love, right? Right. Glad we know where we stand. How did they meet? What's a day in their life like? Behrman was gruffly affectionate to them- did he know about their relationship? Did they talk about any of it?

Or what about after? Did they make it to the Bay of Naples? Did they arrange Behrman's funeral, contact his kin? How long did Behrman's masterpiece last on the wall- did they take steps to preserve it? Immortalise it in their own art? Did they tell this story or leave it as a mysterious painted ivy leaf?

Expanding on my in-universe documentation like, some kind of academic or amateur historical study about any one of them would be cool. Queer Artists Of The Early Twentieth Century? The Lives Lived In [address or name of their building]? Death And Art: How Near Death Experiences Shape The Imagination?

A Little Princess - Frances Hodgson Burnett

Requested Characters: Any

Fandom-specific DNW: intergenerational ships. Otherwise, ships with other characters from the books or with OCs are fine

Parker Pyne - Agatha Christie

Requested Characters: Any
Preference: if shipping, any combination is fine.

Tell me about recruitment. How and where did Parker Pyne find his professional lovers/grifters/actors/etc? What were they doing before they worked for him? We see that Madeleine lives at home with her family; how does she explain her job or what does she tell them when she travels for work? Is Claude doing something similar or using his real name? Does Mrs Oliver ever take inspiration from Poirot's cases to use in Pyne's matchmaking dramas?

If you're looking to write casefic, I'd love something playing with a secretly gay or trans client, or perhaps the person consulting Pyne could be asking him to investigate this closeted person. Fiance suspicious of their future spouse? Friend worried about their bestie's depression? Sibling fearing some kind of scandal (turning out to be completely unrelated to the truth)? I'm open to all kinds of happy or sad endings for this type of fic (up to my general preference of canon-typical tragedy).

The Hidden Almanac (Podcast)

Requested Characters: Pastor Drom, Reverend Mord

Preference: I like both Mord&Drom and Mord/Drom, so I'll leave it to you which you'd like to write. I adore their dynamic both in casual and serious moments.

Before/during the series: What was their first meeting at Ravencoast like? Do they really actually teach at the school, and if so what are their classes like, if they have classes? Has Mord swung it so that all his credits are awarded by working in the garden? Do starry-eyed students come up to Drom to ask her to sign their copies of her books? The interns basically use Drom as a shield, what do either of them think about that?

How are their new lives as immortals, and particularly how is Drom adjusting? Has she picked out new names for both of them? Are they seeking a new companion for George? If you have a favorite factoid or saint from the series, them interacting with the present-day site or whatever fallout remains from the incident would be fun.

For further inspiration, I've requested this canon previously in a different exchange and you can check that out here.
